--Terms of Service For Comissions--

  • --BASICS--

  • I can decline commissions I don't feel comfortable doing. Please ask first!

  • I have the right to decline a commission!

  • The client is required to provide a good amount of details for the commission. I can't read your mind!

  • I do not do nsfw art!

  • --PAYMENT AND REFUNDS--

  • I ONLY accept payment upfront!

  • Design complexity may cause higher charges.

  • In the event of a personal emergency and I cannot complete your commission, a 100% refund is guarantied and a brief explanation will be given as soon as possible!

  • If I do not meet the deadline and I have not started the line art, you may request a partial refund!

  • You are not required to tag me when posting however a tag would be nice!

  • --PRIORITY COMISSIONS AND TIMELINE--

  • I DO NOT take priority commissions!

  • Every commission has a timeline of 1-2 months for completion! Timeline is subject to change depending on the complexity of the commission!

  • --CHANGES / ALTERATIONS--

  • My process goes as follows: sketch - line art - base colours (depending on commission) - rendering (depending on commission)

  • You will receive the drawing with a watermark for approval before i move on the next step.

  • Any changes to the drawing MUST occur during the sketching phase with a maximum of 10 changes!

  • You have a limit of 5 changes during the Line art phase, as well as 5 changes during the coloring phase!

  • Please do not flood my inbox with changes, if you do I may not work with you in the future!

  • --INTELECTUAL PROPERTY AND COMMERCIAL RIGHTS--

  • I DO NOT give consent for my art to be used in AI technology and/or be used for NFTs

  • I retain the rights to my work in any form, do not sell or claim my artwork as your own. These rights include: posting on social media, promoting self and making merch (unless commissioned an oc)

  • Commercial rights are considered an add-on please select the add-on option for commercial rights before purchase!

  • Commercial rights include use for advertisement, streaming use, and/or any Financial purposes.

  • I share my process and finished art on my social media, let me know in advance if you do not want your commission to be posted.
